“Ebb & Flow” is the last painting in the Sea Change series. The series was named after a phrase my mother used…“Sea Change.”

To cross an ocean either physical or metaphorical requires the summoning of a surge of transformational energy. Moments of great change like that are the turning points of a lifetime.

With its gentle warm glow and hints of fuchsia emerging from deep blue…it makes me think of a cosmic sea…and also a wonderful octopus;)
